The house is 130 m2 divided on two floors and is fully furnished. It has 5 (6) bedrooms with accommodation for 9 persons (the fifth and the sixth bedroom are separated with a curtain instead of a door, see the construction plan for further understanding). All beds are equipped with mattresses, pillows and duvets. There is one double bed that is 180 cm and two double beds of 150 cm each, further there are two 90 cm wide single beds and one of 75 cm. Bed-linnen and towels is included in the price. Theres is an extra portobal bed that can be set up.

As a guest you have access to a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, a four plated stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and a kettle. There are also two bathrooms and a washing mashine, as well as a living- and dining room. There is a fireplace in the living room (although, the use of firewood is not included in the rent but can be purchased at the centre of Lyngseidet). You can also sit and enjoy the sea view from the balcony, while waiting for the barbeque to get ready. Pictures inside the house

The house is adapted for wheelchair users, since there is a ramp to the entrance and a bathroom, kitchen, living room and a bedroom on the 1st floor (the other bedrooms are on the 2nd floor).
